You can expect to pay $150 for a one-on-one PT session. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour.

Please come with your insurance card, a form of ID, form of payment, referral (if required by your insurance policy), and comfortable clothing. Bring these to all future visits. See our For Patients page for more information.

The treatment duration depends on the type of treatment you are receiving, however visits typically last 60 minutes. Your first visit will be a one-on-one assessment. Our assessment is very comprehensive and typically lasts between 45 and 55 minutes. 

On average patients need 10-12 visits. However, we treat everyone on a case-by-case basis. We will talk to you about the number of visits you need to get your feeling your best.

Physical therapy (PT), also known as physiotherapy, is one of the allied health professions. It is provided by physical therapists who promote, maintain, or restore health through physical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, patient education, physical intervention, rehabilitation, disease prevention, and health promotion.

Please provide 24 hours for cancellations. We understand there may be extenuating circumstances in which this may not be possible. In the event where 24 hours notice cannot be given, please give us a call. As a business we try to avoid charging for cancellations within reason.
